We hate to be the ones to tell you this, but, your hips are weak. We see you walking in the grocery store, hips swaying side to side. The torsion going through your low back and hips make us cringe. And don’t EVEN get us started if you are walking in high heels through the store……

Here is one exercise strengthen your hips, support your core and decrease pain!

1. Lie on your side, with both knees bent about half way to your chest
2. Keeping feet together, lift your top knee as high as your are able, keeping your spine in neutral (no twisting or turning)
3. Slowly return knees together
4. Repeat as many times (up to 20) that you can maintaining good form
