Negativity can so easily slip into our everyday lives. Whether it’s being a brand new therapist starting at your first job ever; what if I’m not good enough, what if I give them the wrong exercises, what if I don’t know exactly what their problem is and they don’t respond to treatment how I think they should. Or as a patient we hear it frequently; my back/ankle/neck has always hurt, I’m never going to get better, I don’t think this is working, Its just something I’m always going to deal with it.
Watching this video has really helped remind me how important positive thinking truly is and how it can change not only your day, but your whole outlook on life! I challenge you to only think and talk positively today! See the world of difference it really can make in your outcomes if you choose positivity! ?
