Try this stretch to relieve neck pain and tension, or headaches that go around the top of your head to your eye.
1. Lie down on the floor or bed
2. Allow shoulders to sink toward the floor
3. Tuck chin down, without lifting your head
*notice the awesome triple chin?
Think of tilting your chin so your face is parallel with the floor, and “opening” up your neck.
4. Hold that position for 15-30 seconds, breathing normally
5. Repeat 3 times, or as many times you need to in order to feel relief (some of us might be doing this the majority of the day)
