Jaida Houge

Jaida, a relationship-driven physical therapist, was drawn to the profession by her love of connecting with others while helping them achieve their goals. She values the time physical therapy allows her to truly get to know her clients, creating a foundation for exceptional, personalized care. Her approach focuses on making every client feel welcome, supported, and confident throughout their journey. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Riggs—who always provides a good story for her to tell—and teaching dance to all ages, with a special passion for working with kids and young adults. She lives by the belief that “you have everything you need if you just believe,” and hopes every client leaves feeling empowered, capable, and confident in their movement.
