Our Story
THEN UNTIL NOWHow We Got Started
Breathe. Physical Therapy & Wellness was founded by Molly Lechtenberg in 2016 with a vision to change the way women experience care. After the traumatic birth of her first daughter, Molly—already a physical therapist—found herself struggling physically and emotionally in ways she never expected. She realized that if she felt lost and unsupported, other women must be, too.
Out of that experience, Breathe. was born—a place where women could find compassionate, expert help for pelvic health, postpartum recovery, and the many changes our bodies go through across a lifetime.
Nine years later, Breathe. has grown into a trusted space for women (and men!) to heal, connect, and feel empowered in their own bodies. Molly remains dedicated to expanding awareness and changing the conversation around pelvic health—one client at a time.
WE PRACTICE A HOLISTIC APPROACH
A Different Kind of Physical Therapy
When you enter our clinic, you’ll know immediately that this is the place for you, a place unlike any other physical therapy clinic. We want you to feel all the stress and anxiety from your day melt away as soon as you walk through the door. There are no big machines or other equipment that you don’t have at home. We have private treatment rooms, and you spend the entire time one-on-one with your physical therapist. We truly listen to you, and work with you to find solutions to all your concerns. You will leave each session feeling comfortable and confident with something to work on at home.
